How long is a quote valid?
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Reach out again for an updated quote after that.
How does billing and project kickoff work?
Once scope and pricing are confirmed, work begins after a 50% deposit and signed MSA. The balance is due within 7 days of delivery.
Do you work with overseas / remote clients?
Yes — I work with clients across Malaysia and globally, fully remote from brief to handover.
What happens if I need more revisions than included?
Each stage includes 2 free revisions. Additional rounds are billed at RM 100–150 each.
When do I receive the source files?
Figma files and source code are handed over once the final balance is fully settled.
What if I need to cancel mid-project?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable on cancellation. If the project is over 75% complete, full payment is due.
